A former Citroen HY van found in an abandoned French mill turned into a street food barn on wheels! Nelly’s van will be serving up veggie burgers using high quality ingredients.
Green Pepper & Red Tomato
Tired of seeing festivals full of junk food, Green Pepper & Red Tomato launched to offer festival goers a high quality alternative. Using only fresh ingredients, they serve great Italian fare – including pizzas and mac & cheese.
Burger Theory was founded by creative burger chef Rory Perriment. In 2012 he started experimenting with different recipes and discovered there are hundreds of ways you can make a burger. They’ll be serving up their range of veggie burgers using their special tofu and quinoa patty.
Tincan’s beautifully restored coffee truck offers expertly prepared, speciality-grade espresso, crafted from Bristol-roasted Clifton Coffee beans alongside their award-winning cakes.
Chunky Chips Wicked Dips
This one’s fairly self-explanatory! Expect high quality chips served with an assortment of toppings, including Jerk Sauce, Grated Aged English Cheddar Cheese and Homemade Gravy.
Mr Hamidi’s Halloumi Fries
A low carb sheep’s milk cheese from Cyprus which has spread like soft cheese throughout the UK. At Mr Hamidi’s, they dish up a contemporary take on the Cypriot classic. Crisp, indulgent and deliciously salty shallow-fried halloumi fries, served with a variety of toppings.
La Bonne Crepe
Batter made from scratch, with love! Their savoury crepes – or Galettes – are made with organic buckwheat flour (wheat, gluten and dairy free), while their sweet crepes are made with organic wheat flour. All their fillings are specially chosen for their quality and assembled following traditional recipes.
Chip Off The Block
Chip Off The Block have unlocked the recipe to the perfect portion of cheesy chips!
Since 2012 they have been combining the finest west country maris bard potatoes with their 3 multi-award winning cheeses to create something truly spectacular. Their motto is, “it’s easy to be cheesy.”
Gopal’s Curry Shack
Gopal’s Curry Shack make creative, vibrant dishes using local, seasonal produce and combine it with the flavours and spices of India. All of their dishes are vegetarian, most are vegan and the majority are gluten free – highlights include pakoras, samosa chaats and South-Indian Seasonal Vegetable and Coconut Curry.
The site will have two bars serving a large range of craft spirits, lagers, craft ciders, premium wines and beers. You can use both cash and card, including contactless payments. There will be ATM’s on site.
