This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the site owners, operators and management. It is a condition of purchase that Ticket holders accept and will abide by the Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry or in ejection from the site.
All attendees entering the event site must have a valid ticket in compliance with the event licensing.
Ticket holders are required to carefully check their tickets in advance of the event, mistakes cannot be rectified on the day.
The name of the lead booker will be printed on all admission ticket purchases (with exception of those bought from Bristol Ticket Shop) – this person must be in attendance at the concert. You will be asked for photo ID to gain entry to the venue and if ID does not match entry may be refused.
The ticket purchaser must enter the concert accompanied by all their guests. Guests will not be allowed entry without the lead booker present and ID matching the name on the tickets.
Tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled. Booking fee and postage costs cannot be refunded.
No duplicate tickets allowed for lost or stolen tickets.
No tickets may be used in competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the promoters consent; any ticket not complying with this will become void.
This event is strictly 18+.
The event promoter reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder.
Ticket holders enter the site at their own risk. Neither the promoter nor site management can be held liable for personal injury or damage to customer property.
Customers and their property may be subject to searches by security officials, refusal to comply may result in refused entry or ejection from the site.
The event promoter reserves the right to eject any person deemed to be putting themselves in danger or acting in an inappropriate manner towards other customers.
No illegal substances, legal highs or anything that could be deemed as an offensive weapon are to be brought on site. Refusal to comply will result in prosecution and ejection from the site
No flares or fireworks can be brought on site.
No alcohol can be brought on site.
No hot food can be brought on site.
No large bags can be brought on site. A large bag is considered to be anything above an A4 piece of paper.
No crowd surfing.
Unauthorised use of professional photography or recording equipment is prohibited; equipment maybe confiscated if brought onto the site.
No smoking permitted within the arena or the bar marquees.
Warning – prolonged exposure to loud noise can damage your hearing.
Strobe lighting may be used during the event.
By attending this event, you give your express consent to be included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio-visual recording to be in all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world.
Official merchandise will be sold by identified vendors within the event arena only.
Licensed bars and food vendors will be operating on site, please drink responsibly.
Any personal possessions brought onto site are done so at your own risk. Anything lost or stolen is not the responsibility of the Site Owners, Operators and Management, although we will endeavour to assist where possible.
